Given how expensive Hawkmoon is, though, be very sure you wouldn't rather have a Rangefinder or Opening Shot version instead. The Hawkmoon Xur offers this week carries Eye of the Storm and Alloy Magazine, which is a solid PvP roll with a perk that gets overlooked quite a bit. The other weapons are middling, but the Shattered Cipher machine gun with Auto-Loading Holster and Unrelenting with a Stability Masterwork at least gives you the opportunity to snag a Season of the Splicer weapon if you missed it last year. He also has a decent Wishbringer shotgun for PvP, which includes Auto-Loading Holster and Slideshot with a Range Masterwork, if that sounds like it fits your playstyle. That's a weapon usually only available from Nightfall Strikes, and carries Killing Wind and One For All with a Reload Masterwork. Otherwise, you might want to pick up The Swarm machine gun.
